At the end of the day, we have a great deck. Plus, Chuck is a great guy. I had him act as a consultant on a garage project too. He met with my other contractors, asked detailed questions, and showed that he cared.

If you have a deck or other home project I can't recommend Brewer Built LLC enough! Their quoting process was fast, fair and transparent. After committing to the project they had faster lead times than other firms, and communicated when and how things would happen. During the build they were efficient, communicative, and considerate. Brewer Built recently completed a master bedroom deck for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is absolutely top notch, every detail reflects their quality and care. Chuck and his team did a fantastic job transforming our dark, dated kitchen and mudroom into a bright, beautiful, more functional space! I came with lots of ideas and never once did I hear “We can’t do that.” Instead, I was encouraged to share photos and they always figured out a way to turn my wish list into a reality!

Great work. With all the rain this summer the crew worked quickly, removing the old deck and replacing it with new decking, stairs and railings. We had some lighting added to the stairs which will work great for the kids during the winter when they go outside to play. Long overdue. The deck is solidly built.

We had a great experience with Brewer Built adding on stairs to our existing deck. They were transparent with costs and any potential additions. I never felt forced into a specific decision. Brewer Built just built us a great deck! From concept phase to finished product, they handled all the details. I couldn't be happier with the personal approach, quality products and finishes, and overall process Brewer Built brought to our large interior remodel project. We had everything from windows and doors, new and replacements, to bathrooms and our kitchen updated. Chuck and his team built my deck and they did an amazing job. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of work and the speed at which they completed the project. Demolition of the old deck started on a Tuesday and my deck was completed by Saturday morning the same week!

We asked Chuck and Brewer Built to remodel our deck as the wood decking was warping and rotting, the railings were unsafe and the steps were almost unusable. This is the third project I've had Chuck and his team do at our house after a kitchen and mudroom remodel and roof replacement. I knew they would do a great job and they didn't disappoint, even exceeding my expectations.

We replaced the decking with maintenance free Azek TimberTech composite, added new Westbury aluminum railings, rebuilt the stairs and added lighting to the post caps and stair fascia. The deck looks great day or night and will be enjoyed by our family for years to come.

I had a wonderful experience with Chuck and his team, Bill, Dan, Brian, and Dmitri. Initially they were referred to me from another contractor to build a balcony that had been torn down when we first moved in and a new sliding glass door. Because the job was so well done, exact to my request, and an opportunity for savings arose, we also decided to have our large deck and minor front repair done at the same time.

Once again, Chuck and his team delivered. We also wanted to update the basement, and Chuck listened to our concerns and vision for the space. He worked diligently to creatively balance our evolving vision within our budget.

If Brewer Built LLC had done my original deck in 2021, it would have saved me years of complaining to my original deck builder about deck boards popping up and not holding securely in place, creating serious safety issues. The original contractor blamed the problems on faulty materials and would not accept responsibility for faulty installation.

Brewer Built immediately recognized the many shortcomings of the original install, including the wrong clips, incorrect seam support, missing post backing, and missing perimeter board.

Bill, Chuck, Brian, and the team were responsive, kind, honest, and reliable. In fewer than 3 days, they skillfully disassembled my faulty deck and properly rebuilt it, reusing the existing decking boards and adding the missing details. It looks wonderful, and I now have confidence that my deck is safe to use and will outlast me.

Brewer Built just finished rebuilding my lakeside deck to remediate multiple problems, including under-decking water leaks, deck board trip hazards, failed flashing, obvious cosmetic issues, cheap materials and generally poor craftsmanship.

I hired Chuck to build a deck for me and I am extremely happy with the results. Chuck knows his business and is excellent to work with — he is on-time, has great carpentry skills, extremely precise, fast, and enjoyable to converse with. I am a decent handyman and carpenter and remodeled many parts of my home, so I have an appreciation for quality work.

I was very happy with the deck, so I hired Chuck to do additional work on my home: full kitchen remodel, mudroom addition, 4th bedroom in the basement, egress window, custom stair railing, window replacement, re-hung all doors, and installed all new trim work. Top notch experience in working with Brewer Built on my deck project. Scope was rebuilding an existing deck and renovating a 3 seasons porch and bringing it back to life.
